Sarah brings 15 years of experience in Vinyasa and Restorative yoga. Her classes blend mindful movement with breathwork, creating space for both challenge and ease. She believes yoga is a practice of coming home to yourself.
Michael discovered yoga as a path to healing and has been teaching for 8 years. He specializes in Yin and alignment-based practices, offering students tools to move with awareness and compassion. His classes are grounding and nurturing.
Emma is a dynamic teacher who loves to explore the edge between effort and surrender. With a background in dance and meditation, she weaves creativity and mindfulness into every class. Her energy is infectious and welcoming.
